Cookies & Cream Milkshake Cookies

This is an easy, delicious cookie recipe!

I’ll start off by saying these cookies are BIG. I’m typically able to make five large cookies per batch. With that in mind, they’re the perfect size for a dessert or even a Bake Sale!

Okay, let’s get into it!

Ingredients (makes 5-6 BIG cookies)

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted stick butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (or 2%)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup crushed Oreos

    FROSTING (you will have extra):
  • Oreo Creme Flavored Whipped Frosting
  • 3-4 Crushed Oreos to sprinkle on top
The frosting is super simple to make if you’re able to find the frosting below!
This Oreo frosting was available at our local grocery store. I just crushed up some Oreos and added them to it!

Directions

1.    Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2.    In a medium sized mixing bowl, add in the melted butter, almond milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix to combine.

3.    Add baking powder and all-purpose flour. Mix until dough is formed. Fold in the crushed Oreos using a spatula or large spoon.

4. Form dough into approximately 2” balls and press each one flat (1/2”-3/4” thick) onto the cookie sheet—I usually get 5 large cookies per batch.

5. Bake on 350°F for 8-10 minutes.

6. For frosting: Transfer Oreo frosting to a bowl and add in crushed Oreos. Stir to combine.

Allow cookies to cool completely before frosting. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos. Enjoy!

*Store leftover cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

These cookies are perfect for a sweet tooth craving. Let me know if you try them!
