I’m a huge fan of Brussels sprouts and out of the dozen or so recipes I’ve tried, this is my absolute favorite. It’s simple, quick, only uses a handful of ingredients and, of course, is chock-full of all the incredible health benefits Brussels sprouts have to offer.
Without further ado, let’s get into it!
INGREDIENTS
16 oz. Brussels sprouts
2 Tbsp EVOO
2 Tbsp grated parmesan
1 tsp garlic powder, or to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Wash Brussels sprouts and cut the bottoms off. Slice each Brussels sprout in half, lengthwise.
- In a medium sized bowl, stir Brussels sprouts, EVOO, parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well mixed.
- Pour onto foil-lined baking sheet and spread out in single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle additional parmesan on top, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
I like to pair this dish with baked or grilled chicken and brown rice. Let me know what you think!
